Members, online members and boosts are three different things
A new visitor to a Discord server looks at two numbers: the total member count and how many members appear online right now. A server with 20,000 members and nobody online reads as a dead community to whoever opens the invite. Conversely, a mid-sized server with a few hundred people consistently online reads as far more alive. These are separate service lines in the panel and they work differently.
Server boosting is independent of both. Boosting belongs to Discord’s own Nitro ecosystem and raises the server’s tier: higher audio quality, extra emoji slots, a vanity invite URL and a server banner all unlock by tier. Boost count does not raise member count, and member count does not raise boost tier.
- Server members: Accounts that join through the invite link; visible in the member list.
- Online members: Accounts showing as “online” in the member list, making the server look active.
- Server boosts: Unlock Tier 1, 2 and 3 features at the 2, 7 and 14 boost thresholds.

Preparing the invite link correctly before ordering
Almost every delivery problem on Discord orders traces back to a badly prepared invite link. Discord’s default invite expires after 7 days and in some cases has a use limit. If the link expires while delivery is still running, the order stalls. You therefore need an invite that never expires and has no use limit.
Review your server settings while you are there. If membership screening, a high verification level or a rules-acceptance screen is enabled, newly joined accounts sit in a waiting area instead of appearing in the member list. Temporarily relaxing these settings for the duration of the order lets delivery complete cleanly.
- Create a fresh invite from Server Settings → Invites.
- Set expiry to Never and max uses to No limit.
- Lower the verification level and membership screening for the duration of the order.
- Make sure word filters and auto-moderation bots are not kicking new members.
- Open the link in a logged-out browser window to confirm it works.
Step-by-step: ordering safely on Discord
Discord services run purely off the invite link. A password, two-factor code or server admin access is never requested at any stage. The same holds for boost services — boosting is applied through Nitro accounts joining via your invite link.

Server boost tiers and thresholds
Discord server boosting has three tiers, each requiring a set number of boosts: 2 for Tier 1, 7 for Tier 2 and 14 for Tier 3. Each tier unlocks extra emoji and sticker slots, higher audio bitrate, a larger upload limit and a vanity invite URL. Tier 3 adds the server banner and the highest audio quality.
Boost services are time-limited: a purchased boost stays on the server for a set period and drops when it expires. The panel lists 1-month and 3-month options as separate lines. If you want to hold a tier, plan the renewal before expiry — otherwise the server falls a tier and the features tied to it switch off.

- Tier 2 — 7 boosts: 256 kbps audio, server banner, higher upload limit.
- Tier 3 — 14 boosts: 384 kbps audio, vanity invite URL, highest slot counts.
- Duration: Boosting is time-limited; the tier falls when it expires, so plan renewals.
Mistakes to avoid on Discord orders
The most common mistake is revoking the invite link or raising the server verification level while delivery is running. Either stops the remainder of the order. Once a link is revoked the order cannot continue even if you supply a new one, because it is bound to the original link — so leave it alone until delivery completes.
The second mistake is treating online members as a permanent metric. The online count is held for the duration of the service and drops when it ends. If you want that look sustained, build renewals into your plan. Member count, by contrast, is permanent and only decreases through natural departures.

- Orders start automatically. When your balance covers the order, it is sent to the provider right away and you can track its status in the panel.

- Refill only on marked services. On services with a refill guarantee, you can request a refill from the panel if counts drop within that service's refill period.
