Delivery and Refund Policy

All services are digital and are delivered to the public link you enter when ordering. This page explains when an order starts, how the undelivered part returns to your balance, how refills work and how crypto top-ups are credited.

When an order starts

The order amount is deducted from your balance as soon as you confirm the order, and the order is sent to the supplier network automatically. Start time and speed vary by service. The average times shown on services are estimates based on past orders, not guaranteed delivery times.

If the supplier is temporarily unreachable, the order shows as Pending and is sent again automatically. If the supplier rejects the link, service or quantity (for example an invalid link or a private account), or if repeated send attempts fail, the order is closed as Failed and the full amount is refunded to your balance. If an order stays Pending for a long time, contact support.

Order statuses

  • Pending: the order has been received and is waiting to be sent to the supplier or to start.
  • In progress: delivery is under way.
  • Completed: the supplier has finished the order.
  • Partial: part of the order could not be delivered; the amount for the undelivered part is refunded.
  • Canceled: the supplier canceled the order; the amount paid is refunded.
  • Rejected: our team rejected the order before it was sent to the supplier; the amount paid is refunded.
  • Failed: the order could not be sent to the supplier or was not accepted by it; the amount paid is refunded.

Refunds for partial and canceled orders

Refunds go to your panel balance, not to your crypto wallet, and are processed automatically once the panel receives the final order status from the supplier. The refunded amount is shown on the order row, and an order is never refunded twice.

  • Partial: the refund is proportional to the undelivered quantity. For example, if 200 units of a 1,000-unit order that cost 2.00 USD were not delivered, 0.40 USD returns to your balance.
  • Canceled, Rejected and Failed: the full amount you paid for the order is refunded.
  • Refunds are based on what you actually paid, after any coupon discount.

Refills

A refill restores counts that dropped after delivery; it is not a money refund. Refills are only available on services marked with refill in the service list, for orders with the status Completed or Partial, using the Refill button on the order row.

The panel accepts one refill request per order. The supplier handles the request and checks whether there is a drop and whether the refill period stated in the service name or description (for example 30 days) is still running. The request status is shown on the order row, and the request can be rejected. Refills are not available over the API; for API orders, send the request through support.

Cancellation requests

Orders cannot be canceled from the panel. You can send a cancellation request with the order number through support. The request is only passed to the supplier on services that support cancellation, and the outcome is not guaranteed. If the supplier cancels the order or closes it as partial, the refund follows the rules above automatically.

What is not refunded

  • Completed orders and the delivered part of any order
  • Natural drops after delivery on services without refill
  • Refill requests the supplier rejects or that are made after the refill period has ended
  • Delivery made because the wrong service was chosen or to a wrong but valid link
  • Level or appearance returning to its previous state when a time-limited service ends (for example boosts or online members sold for a set number of days)
  • Outcomes caused by rule, algorithm or feature changes on Telegram or other platforms
  • Restrictions a platform places on a channel or account because of its own violations

If you make the account, channel or post private, delete it or change its link while the order is running, the delivered part is not refunded. If the supplier closes the order as partial or canceled, the undelivered part returns to your balance automatically.

Crypto top-ups

Enter a USD amount on the Add funds page; the minimum is 1 USD. You pay on Heleket's payment page, which stays valid for about one hour, using the coin and network you choose there (for example USDT on TRC20, ERC20 or BSC, USDC, BTC, ETH, LTC or TRX). Your balance is credited automatically once the payment is confirmed on the blockchain and Heleket's notification reaches the panel.

  • Fees: Heleket and network fees are paid by the sender and added to the amount shown on the payment page. Your balance is credited with the USD amount you entered: for a 50 USD top-up you send the slightly higher amount shown, and 50 USD is credited.
  • Underpayment: the requested amount is credited in proportion to what you sent compared with what you were asked to send, rounded down to the cent. For example, if a 50 USD top-up asked for 50.90 USDT and you sent 49.50 USDT, 48.62 USD is credited.
  • Overpayment: if the amount that reaches us after fees is higher than the amount you requested, that net amount is credited; otherwise the requested amount is credited. If the excess is more than both 5 USD and 25% of the requested amount, the payment is not credited automatically and is reviewed through support.
  • Deposit bonus: if your amount qualifies for a bonus tier in the panel, the bonus is calculated on the amount you requested; for an underpayment it is recalculated on the amount credited.
  • Wrong coin or network: payments sent in a different coin or on a different network than the one chosen on the payment page may not be credited automatically and may not be recoverable.

Payments not showing in your balance

If your payment was confirmed but your balance did not update, or you sent the payment after the payment page expired, contact support with the coin, network, amount sent and transaction hash (TXID).

Balance refunds

The panel has no feature for withdrawing balance or sending it to a wallet, and order refunds always go to your panel balance. If you want unused balance refunded, send the request through support with your account email address; such requests are handled case by case.
