Acceptable use policy

This policy applies to every panel hosted on SMMFor and to the people who operate them.

Not allowed

• Selling or promoting illegal content or services in your country or your customers' countries.
• Fraud: fake checkout pages, phishing, collecting card details or passwords under false pretences, or reselling stolen accounts.
• Content that sexualises minors, promotes terrorism, or incites violence or hatred.
• Malware, spam campaigns, or attacks on other systems (including using our servers to scan or flood others).
• Impersonating another company or brand, or using trademarks you are not allowed to use.
• Circumventing plan limits or trial limits, for example by opening many trial accounts.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the services you sell, your customers, your providers and the payment accounts you connect.
• Follow the terms of the social networks and payment providers you work with.
• Keep your admin accounts secure and turn on two-factor authentication.

What we do

When we receive a credible report or detect abuse, we may pause the panel's storefront, ask you for information, or close the panel. Where possible we contact you first. Serious cases (fraud, abuse of minors, attacks) are paused immediately.
