What we collect
- Account data: name, email, country, company and phone (optional), password hash.
- Billing data: invoices, wallet history and payment status. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, session and security logs.
Your panel's customers
Your panel's customer data belongs to you. We process it only to run your panel (you are the data controller, we are the processor).
How we use data
To provide and secure the service, bill your plan, answer support tickets and send important account emails. We do not sell personal data.
Analytics
We use Minilytics, a self-hosted analytics tool that runs on our own Cloudflare account, to understand how people find and use our site. It records the pages you view, the referring site or campaign (UTM), browser, device and approximate country. When you are signed in, these visits are linked to your account (ID, email and name), and payments you make are linked to the visit that brought you, so we can see which channels bring customers. This data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
Sharing
Only with providers needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment providers, analytics hosting) and when required by law.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and as required for accounting. Closed panels are deleted after the retention period.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data and export your panel data. Open a support ticket to make a request.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in, language and theme, and two first-party analytics cookies (ml_vid visitor ID, ml_sid session ID) for the analytics described above. No advertising cookies.
