Terms of service

1. The service

SMMFor provides software to create and operate SMM panels ("panels"). You are responsible for your panel, its content, your customers and the services you sell.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or company may hold several panels under one account.

3. Plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance from your platform wallet. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
• The first panel includes a free trial. Trial panels have order and volume limits.
• Upgrades apply immediately and the difference for the rest of the period is invoiced. Downgrades apply at the start of the next period.
• If an invoice stays unpaid for 3 days after its due date, the storefront of the panel is paused until it is paid. Panels paused for 30 days may be closed.
• Wallet top-ups are not refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use SMMFor for illegal content, fraud, spam, malware, or to sell services that violate the law. We may suspend panels that put the platform or third parties at risk.

5. Payments to your panel

Your customers pay directly into your own payment gateway accounts. SMMFor is not a party to these payments and does not hold your customers' funds.

6. Availability and data

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We keep backups; you are responsible for exporting data you want to keep.

7. Termination

You can close your panels at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SMMFor is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.
