Billing & plans
How the trial, plan fees, the platform wallet, invoices and cancellation work.
Free trial
Your first panel is free for 3 days with every feature of the plan you choose. If you continue, its first month costs just $1; after that the plan's regular monthly price applies. During the trial a panel can take up to 300 orders or $500 in sales. Cancel during the trial and nothing is charged.
We email you 2 days and 1 day before the trial ends.
Platform wallet
Plan fees are paid from your platform wallet. Top it up from Billing → Add funds. When an invoice is issued, it is paid from the wallet automatically if the balance is enough. If not, it is paid automatically the next time you top up.
Your customers' payments never pass through us: they go straight to the payment accounts you connect in your panel.
Invoices
- The plan fee is invoiced monthly at the start of each period.
- Child panels are invoiced at the end of each period, per child panel.
- Every invoice has a printable page (Billing → invoice number). Save it as PDF from your browser's print dialog.
- Fill in Account → Billing details (company name, tax number, address) to have them printed on your invoices. Paid invoices keep the details you had when they were paid.
Changing plan
- Upgrade: applies immediately. You pay only the difference for the rest of the current period.
- Downgrade: applies at the start of the next period. Until then you keep the features of your current plan.
Late payment

Cancelling
Open the panel and choose Cancel subscription:
- Trial panel: closes right away, at no cost.
- Paid panel: stays open until the end of the period you already paid for, then closes. No new invoice is issued. You can undo the cancellation until then.
A closed panel's data is kept for 30 days, then deleted. Invoices are kept for accounting.
