SMMFor

Domains & SSL

Use your own domain for your panel, with automatic SSL.

Your free address

Every panel gets a free address such as yourpanel.nexapanel.app as soon as it is created. It always keeps working, even after you connect your own domain.

Connecting your own domain

  1. Open Platform → Panels → your panel → Domains and enter the domain, for example smm.example.com or example.com.
  2. Add the DNS records shown on that page at your domain provider:
  3. TXT record: proves you own the domain.
  4. Subdomain (smm.example.com): a CNAME record pointing to the target shown on the page.
  5. Root domain (example.com): A records pointing to the IP addresses shown on the page.
  6. Click Verify. DNS changes usually show up within minutes, but can take a few hours.
  7. Once verified, make it the primary address. Visitors to the free address are then sent to your domain.

Confirm your account email before connecting a domain.

SSL certificates

You don't need to buy or upload a certificate. The first time someone visits your verified domain, a free certificate is issued automatically and renewed before it expires.

If the page shows a certificate warning right after verification, wait a minute and reload: the first certificate is being issued.

Using our nameservers

For root domains you can move the whole domain to our nameservers instead of adding records one by one. Choose Use our nameservers, then replace the nameservers at your registrar with the ones shown. You can then edit all DNS records (for example email records) from the platform.

Troubleshooting

ProblemWhat to check
Verification failsThe TXT record value must match exactly. Some providers add your domain to the name automatically; enter only the part shown.
Domain shows another siteAn old A or AAAA record still points elsewhere. Remove it.
CNAME not allowed on rootUse the A records for the root, or use our nameservers.
Worked before, now offlineCheck whether the domain expired at your registrar.

You can connect up to 5 custom domains per panel.
