Public profile first: Snapchat’s precondition
Unlike other platforms, Snapchat is a closed network by default. On a standard account your content is visible only to friends you have mutually added, and you cannot be followed from outside. For panel services to work, your account needs the public profile feature enabled. Without it, no follower or view service can be delivered.
A public profile is created in a few steps from the profile screen in the app. Once created, a follower counter appears on your profile, your stories can be opened to users beyond your friend list, and you can submit content to Spotlight. The username you use when ordering on the panel is the name of this public profile.
- Create a public profile from the profile screen in the app.
- Verify the profile is viewable from a different account.
- Set story privacy to “Everyone”; friends-only stories cannot receive delivery.
- Note your username — it is what the order uses.
Story, Spotlight and profile: which service goes where?
Content spreads in three different places on Snapchat, each measured by its own metric. A story is the classic post that stays visible for 24 hours, and its view count only accumulates during that window. Spotlight is the platform’s TikTok-like discovery feed; videos submitted there can reach a far wider audience and their views are permanent. Profile followers is a permanent counter independent of both.
Which one you choose depends on your goal. Followers suit overall profile credibility, story views suit the visibility of a single campaign post, and Spotlight suits video content chasing broad reach. All three are separate lines in the panel and none substitutes for another.
- Profile followers: Submitted to the username; permanent, raises profile credibility.
- Story views: Submitted to a 24-hour story; only meaningful within that window.
- Spotlight views: Submitted to a Spotlight video; a permanent counter.
- Spotlight likes: Support the video’s performance in the discovery feed.
Step-by-step: ordering safely on Snapchat
Snapchat services run off a username or a public content link. A password, login code or account access is never requested at any stage. The only precondition is that the public profile is active and the content is viewable.
- Confirm the public profile is active.
- Copy your username for follower orders, or the relevant link for content orders.
- Pick the service from the Snapchat category — followers, stories and Spotlight are separate lines.
- On story orders account for the 24-hour window; order straight after posting.
- Enter the quantity, confirm the total and create the order.
Timing on story orders
Stories disappear by themselves after 24 hours, which makes timing critical on story view services. An order placed 20 hours after posting may see the story expire before delivery completes. The undelivered portion is refunded to your balance, but the visibility you were after never happened.
In practice the healthiest approach is to create the order within the first hour after posting the story. Delivery then fits comfortably inside the 24-hour window and views accumulate while the story is live. On campaign stories, planning the posting time and the order quantity together gets the most out of the budget.
- Place story orders within the first hour after posting.
- Choose a delivery speed that fits the 24-hour window.
- On campaign stories, post when your audience is active.
- Spotlight content is permanent; there is no timing pressure there.
Mistakes to avoid on Snapchat orders
The most common mistake is ordering without creating a public profile. A standard account has no follower counter, so the service cannot be delivered and the order sits in the queue. Opening the profile from a different account to confirm it is viewable prevents this entirely.
The second mistake is leaving story privacy set to “Friends Only”. With that setting the story cannot be seen from outside, so a view service cannot process. Story privacy needs to stay on “Everyone” for the duration of the order.
- Do not order before creating a public profile.
- Keep story privacy on “Everyone” for the duration of the order.
- Do not delete the story mid-delivery.
- Never work with any service that asks for a password or account access.
Payment, start, refunds and refill on the SMMFor panel
You top up a balance first, and orders are deducted from it. Top-ups are made with cryptocurrency and credit automatically once the network confirms. Prices are shown in USD, and the interface can display them converted to your own currency.
Most services start quickly. If a service pauses or delivery falls short, the value of the undelivered portion is refunded to your balance automatically. On follower services tagged with refill you can raise a replacement request from the orders list. API v2 documentation for resellers and automated ordering is available inside the panel.
How we work
- We never ask for account details. Orders only need a public link or username; a password, verification code or admin access is never requested.
- Prices are live in the panel. Every service shows its price per 1,000, minimum and maximum quantity and estimated time in the panel before you order.
- Orders start automatically. When your balance covers the order, it is sent to the provider right away and you can track its status in the panel.
- Undelivered parts are refunded. If an order is only partly delivered, the amount for the missing part is returned to your panel balance automatically — see our delivery and refund terms.
- Refill only on marked services. On services with a refill guarantee, you can request a refill from the panel if counts drop within that service's refill period.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to log into my Snapchat account?
No. Every Snapchat service runs off a username or a public content link. A password, login code or account access is never requested at any stage.
Why is a public profile required?
Snapchat is a closed network by default and standard accounts have no follower counter. Without the public profile feature enabled, no follower or view service can be delivered.
What is the difference between story and Spotlight views?
A story disappears after 24 hours and its views only accumulate in that window. Spotlight is the discovery feed; views there are permanent and can reach a far wider audience.
When should I place a story order?
Within the first hour after posting. Because a story expires in 24 hours, a late order risks the content disappearing before delivery completes.
Will followers drop over time?
Some drop is normal. On services tagged with refill, drops within the stated window are replenished free of charge, and you can raise a replacement request from the orders list.
What happens on partial delivery?
The value of the undelivered portion is refunded to your panel balance automatically. No request is needed — the order shows as “partially completed” and the difference appears in your balance.
